Sausage and Egg Recipe
For this breakfast meal we don’t need a lot of ingredients, what is required to make this meal are highlighted below and the pattern or instructions to follow are explained as well.

Ingredients:

  • A bunch of green vegetables preferably dark like kale, spinach and the likes.
  • Sausage(uncooked) about 2 cups should be crumbled
  • 10 eggs or how many eggs you can tolerate
  • Don’t forget to include your fresh herb but in a small quantity. Parsley is recommended.

Instructions:

Slice your vegetable into smaller strips (remove the stem), fry quickly using oil or butter in a few minutes before adding the crumbled sausage, repeat this procedure continuously until the sausage is done. When doing this it’s important that you heat your oven at 370F before going through the procedure and leave it at that temperature all through the process.

Stir the eggs into your preferred vegetable, then allow it to cool a little, then you can slice it into your desired shape for easy consumption.

And now for  another breakfast recipe, we will be looking at a gluten free and a low carb bread.

This recipe is a healthy one with a taste of toast, and this specifically for people who are gluten sensitive, the flour used are also of low carb and comes with a rich fiber content which will make the stomach full, and if you are watching your weight this is recommended for you.

Ingredients:

  • Coconut flours (2 full tablespoons)
  • Almond flour (1.5-2 cups)
  • A quarter cup flaxseed meal
  • A quarter teaspoon salt
  • Baking soda (quarter teaspoon)
  • 3-5 eggs (depending on your use of egg)
  • Coconut oil (quarter cup)
  • Sweetener (1 teaspoon)

Instruction:

Grease your loaf pan while setting your oven to 375F.

All the flours, salt, flax, baking soda should be place in a food processor.

Then mix or beat the ingredients

After which you can add the oils, eggs and vinegar.

Pour the mixture or batter into a pan (loaf pan).

Bake it for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.

After which allow it to cool and enjoy a gluten free bread breakfast!

 

We will be looking now, what recipe is good for lunch time and healthy for consumption.

This recipe involve wrapping your meat loaf with bacon I know you are imagining the yummy taste of this in your mouth.

Ingredients:

  • Ground beef (1 lb)
  • Bacon (half lb, should be cut in small chunks, after which about 10 bacon strip can be added)
  • Coconut milk (quarter cup)
  • Garlic cloves (1-2 cloves), minced Chopped vegetable preferably parsley
  • Grounded black pepper (black)
  • Chives about a quarter minced

Instructions:

Put together the coconut milk, the grounded beef, bacon, garlic, chives in a big bowl. It should be mix together until they are properly held together.

Then you can add the your seasoning which is the black pepper, there is no need for salt because the bacon is already with enough salt.

All this should be done with your oven at 395-400F. You can go ahead to place bacon in a muffin tin hole including the beef in the holes.

All this should be in the span of 25- 30 minutes after which the vegetable can be sprinkled on the meal after cooling to enjoy a palatable meal.

 

In this next recipe we will be looking at an African meal named Moroccan meatballs which is very fast to prepare, seasoned with essential ingredients that will make you taste every seconds that this heavenly meal brings.

Ingredients:

  • Parsley with removed stem (half cup)
  • Salt (1 teaspoon)
  • Grounded pepper (quarter teaspoon)
  • Ground lamb (two pounds)
  • Paprika (1 tablespoon)
  • Ground cumin ( 2 teaspoon)
  • Coconut oil (1 tablespoon)
  • Onions
  • Garlic cloves (1.5- 2 tablespoon) minced
  • Paprika (about 2 tablespoon)
  • Tomato paste (small quantity)
  • Water (1.5 cups)

Instructions:

Put the parsley, pepper, paprika, salt and cumin in a large bowl and mix all the ingredients. Continue mixing until these ingredients are well blended.

Roll into balls with your palm. The meatball should be placed on a baking sheet till it’s time to put them all in sauce.

The oil should be heat in a pot after which the onion will be added for about 5 minutes, then the garlic and the paprika, salt, cumin and pepper can be added for about 25-30 minutes until the aroma is in the air. Add your paste (tomatoes) and fry for about a minute, then add the water, the parsley and your chopped tomatoes continue to stir until all ingredients are combined.

Make sure the sauce are boiled, after which the meatballs are placed in the skillet, reduce the heat so that it can simmer after covering. Cook for about an hour;  40 minutes while covered and 20 minutes when the lid is opened, cook until the sauce is thickened and Enjoy!

 

We will be looking at a vegetable recipe for our vegetarian who are in search of a low carb diet, this has been seen as an effective meal to meet the low carb need.

The ingredient required for this meal and instructions are listed below.

Ingredients:

  • Potatoes
  • Can of diced tomatoes (small quantity)
  • Onions
  • Coconut milk (a full can)
  • Bottle and cans of Maple syrup
  • Can of chick peas
  • Tofu (couple of blocks)
  • Frozen peas (a quarter cup)

Instructions:

Just follow your normal potato cooking but be creative. Use about 1-1.5 teaspoon of pepper depending on how spicy you want to keep your meal, also don’t forget to use your frozen peas and you can as well toast your half bag of spinach in to round it up.
